Theon's background is in digital marketing and operations, including work with Law Business Research, the global legal publisher serving law firms worldwide and hosting international industry events. That background shapes how Noevus builds: websites designed to turn visitors into enquiries, and systems designed around how teams actually work. He's the founder of Noevus and the co-founder and technical lead of Kiroex.
