What this site is for
This site describes what we do and lets you get in touch, apply for a role, or read about our work.
It is marketing material, not an offer. Nothing here forms a contract to provide services. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
What you may do with it
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use, or to evaluate whether to work with us.
You may not:
- republish, sell or licence our content;
- copy it into a competing service;
- remove any notice of ownership from it;
- use automated systems to scrape it at a scale that disrupts the site;
- attempt to gain access to the private admin area, or to any account, system or data that is not yours.
Who owns what
We own or are licensed to use everything on this site — the text, layout, design, graphics and logos — and it is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
The Noevus name and logo are our trade marks. Any other product or company name used on this site belongs to whoever owns it, and its use here does not imply any endorsement in either direction.
Case studies describe work done for named clients with their agreement. Their own brands remain theirs.
Sending us information
When you contact us or apply for a role, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it.
Do not send us confidential information through this site unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. An enquiry form is not a secure channel, and we cannot treat an unsolicited message as confidential.

Availability
We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. Anything here is general information and not professional advice. Do not act on it without taking advice suited to your circumstances.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, it is because we think it may be useful. We have no control over it and take no responsibility for its content or its handling of your data.
